1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the cka44 platform. We may request identity documents at any time for age verification purposes. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

1.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one cka44 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person (using the same name, address, device or payment method) are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

You are required to provide the following accurate information when registering an account:

• Full legal name (as shown on your national identity card)
• Correct date of birth
• Active email address or mobile number
• Current Bangladesh residential address

Providing false information may result in account closure and funds being withheld. cka44 may request verification documents at any time.

2.1 Password and Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your cka44 account password confidential. Your login details must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. cka44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time, cka44 may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may result in account restrictions.

2.3 Account Ownership

A cka44 account is for personal use only. Transferring, selling or leasing an account to another person is not permitted. Gaming on behalf of a business, a third party or any organised syndicate is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market on cka44. These limits vary by game and cka44 reserves the right to change them without prior notice. A separate maximum bet amount applies when using a bonus — exceeding that limit will render the wagering invalid.

5.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on cka44 are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino games are conducted in real time through trained dealers. If evidence of a technical error affecting a game result is found, cka44 reserves the right to void that game round and refund the wager.

5.3 Software Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, server issue or other technical fault, cka44 will take reasonable steps to address the situation. 6.1 Strictly Prohibited
